Residential Conveyancer

A respected Legal 500 firm with an excellent reputation in the property market is expanding its residential conveyancing offering and is looking to welcome an experienced Conveyancer into its established team. As part of a well-resourced residential property department, you'll manage your own caseload with autonomy and trust, supported by strong systems and experienced colleagues. The focus is firmly on delivering a smooth, stress-free client journey, from initial instruction through to post-completion, while maintaining the high standards the firm is known for.

Your work will cover a broad mix of residential matters, including:

• Sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• New build transactions
• Leasehold enfranchisement (acting for landlords and tenants)
• Declarations of Trust and joint ownership arrangements
