Position Overview
You will play a key role in handling and developing a diverse range of commercial property transactions and you will work independently and will be given considerable autonomy within your role.

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases and property finance
• Advise SME clients, developers and investors on commercial property matters
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial property agreements and documentation
• Provide clear, practical and commercially-focused advice to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues

• Experienced within commercial property law
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Proactive, organised and commercially astute
• Genuine team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
