Exciting new role to join a top 200 UK law firm who are highly ranked in legal directories and have won awards for the wellbeing and development of their employees.

Applications welcome from both senior, experienced applicants as well as those who have fewer years PQE. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive and inclusive environment, focusing on residential conveyancing matters.

• Manage residential property transactions from instruction to completion including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and shared ownership
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other legal professionals
• Mentor and support junior staff

• Residential conveyancing experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Client focused approach
