Position Overview
You will strengthen a busy dispute resolution team and advise on a wide range of clients on both commercial and residential disputes, taking ownership of complex matters and helping to deliver practical, results-driven solutions.

• Manage an active caseload of property disputes, including landlord and tenant issues, boundary disagreements, lease renewals and possession proceedings
• Provide clear, strategic advice tailored to clients  needs
• Draft, negotiate and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail
• Build lasting client relationships through consistent communication and first-class service delivery
• Play a key role in the continued development of the team and wider practice

• Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years  PQE in property litigation
• Strong technical expertise across a range of property disputes
• A proven track record of managing cases effectively and achieving successful outcomes
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
