Our client, a well-established Legal 500 law firm, is seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join their team in Essex. Position Overview
As a Private Client Lawyer working in a busy team, you will play a crucial role in delivering a high-quality service to clients and you will be responsible for maintaining excellent client relationships, managing existing clients, and developing your own client base.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and support to clients in the areas of Wills, Trusts and Probate
• Draft and execute Lasting Powers of Attorney for clients
• Assist clients with estate and later life planning matters
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships
• Undertake general marketing activities on behalf of the department and company

Requirements

• Private Client Lawyer with 2+ PQE
• Excellent client relationship management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Previous experience in undertaking marketing activities is advantageous
