We’re partnering with a high-growth challenger consultancy that has expanded rapidly across the private sector, delivering technology and business change programmes for commercial organisations. Despite their pace of growth, they’ve built a strong operational backbone
, with mature delivery governance, a well-established marketing function, and clearly defined, market-facing solutions.
Their focus is on helping clients modernise legacy environments, implement AI-enabled capabilities, and deliver scalable technology platforms that drive tangible business outcomes.
They’re now looking for an Engagement Manager to own and grow key client relationships post-sale. This is a commercially focused role where success is measured by account growth, revenue uplift, and the strength of long-term client partnerships.
The roleYou’ll act as a trusted partner to private sector clients, overseeing technology and business change programmes while identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning senior client relationships across technology and business change initiatives
- Ensuring high-quality delivery and a consistently strong client experience
- Identifying and converting upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to defined solutions
- Expanding accounts and driving repeat business
- Working closely with operations, delivery, and sales to convert client demand into commercial outcomes
- Experience in engagement management, account management, or client services within technology consulting or professional services
- A track record of growing revenue within existing private sector accounts
- Commercially confident and comfortable being measured against targets
- Strong stakeholder management skills across both technology and business leaders
- A sales-oriented mindset focused on growth and value creation, not just delivery oversight
