A recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Medical Retirement Pensions HR Business Partner to provide expert HR advisory services and manage complex HR issues within police forces in Essex and Kent. The ideal candidate will have a Chartered HR qualification, at least 5 years of generalist HR experience, strong project management skills, and a good understanding of police regulations.

This role offers £26.57 per hour PAYE or £34.60 per hour limited, with a requirement for regular office attendance in Essex.
