We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our established and growing Education Recruitment team in our Chelmsford office.

This is a permanent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced recruitment environment and enjoys building strong candidate relationships within the education sector.

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in supporting our consultants by:

• Proactively sourcing and attracting high-quality education professionals
• Managing the candidate journey from initial contact through to placement
• Conducting candidate registrations, interviews, and compliance checks
• Maintaining and updating the CRM/database accurately
• Advertising roles across job boards and social platforms
• Building and nurturing a strong talent pipeline within the education market

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Resourcer (education sector experience is highly desirable)
• Strong candidate-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
• Confident using job boards, Linked In, and other sourcing methods
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
