Location: Essex
Salary: £33,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time

- Committed to delivering person-centred care and promoting independence
Previous experience in a care or management role is essential. Ongoing training and development will be provided to support your progression.
The Role in PracticeRole
No two days are the same. You will oversee multiple services or teams, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and staff support. Your role will include:
- Supporting and developing care teams
- Ensuring care plans and risk assessments are implemented effectively
- Promoting positive outcomes for the people supported
- Working collaboratively with internal teams and external professionals
- Leading with empathy, professionalism, and purpose
You ll play a vital role in building strong relationships, supporting staff wellbeing, and ensuring the people supported receive the best possible care.
