Cluster Team Manager - Essex

Location: Essex
Salary: £33,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Cluster Team Manager to lead and support care teams delivering high-quality, person-centred support to adults with complex needs. This is a rewarding leadership role for someone passionate about making a meaningful difference in people's lives.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for experienced care professionals who are:

  • Kind, patient, and genuinely passionate about supporting others

  • Experienced in managing or supporting teams within care settings

  • Skilled in supporting individuals with complex needs

  • Confident in dealing with EDUP and behaviours that challenge

  • Reliable, proactive, and able to lead by example

  • Strong communicators who value teamwork and collaboration

  • Committed to delivering person-centred care and promoting independence

Previous experience in a care or management role is essential. Ongoing training and development will be provided to support your progression.

The Role in Practice

No two days are the same. You will oversee multiple services or teams, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and staff support. Your role will include:

  • Supporting and developing care teams

  • Ensuring care plans and risk assessments are implemented effectively

  • Promoting positive outcomes for the people supported

  • Working collaboratively with internal teams and external professionals

  • Leading with empathy, professionalism, and purpose

You will play a vital role in building strong relationships, supporting staff wellbeing, and ensuring the people supported receive the best possible care.
