Location: Essex
Rate: £28-£37 per hour
Working Hours
:
Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
Start Date: January 2025 (Month to Month Basis)
Duration: Ongoing

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to manage caseloads in our medical wards. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and high-quality care within our facility.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include overseeing and managing patient caseloads in medical wards, collaborating with medical staff to ensure optimal patient care, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, and providing support and guidance to junior staff.

Requirements
  • Experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
