We are delighted to be partnering with a client that is a highly respected provider of high-quality support for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. They are seeking an inspirational Area Registered Manager to oversee services across Essex and Hertfordshire.

The RoleAs the Area Registered Manager, you will be the CQC-registered lead for one or more services around Essex & Hertfordshire. You will play a central role in shaping service delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of quality, safety, and empowerment.
Key Responsibilities- Register with CQC for one or more supported living services
- Embed a values-led, person-centred culture across all sites
- Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality care
- Lead, empower and develop Service Managers and Cluster Managers
- Oversee audits, quality assurance, and safeguarding procedures
- Manage staffing, rotas, and service budgets in line with commissioned hours
- Build strong relationships with families, stakeholders, and external professionals
- Identify opportunities for service growth and development
- Maintain high standards of record-keeping, governance, and health & safety
We’re seeking a confident and proactive leader with a passion for empowering others and improving outcomes for vulnerable adults.
You will bring:
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
- Experience in supported living or complex care services
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and PBS principles
- Proven leadership ability across people, risk, and quality management
- Excellent communication, organisational and decision-making skills
- A resilient, flexible and values-driven approach
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Enhanced DBS
