Processing Tech - Onboarding

Due to expansion within the Processing team, an opportunity for an Onboarding Premium Processing Technician has arisen. Your new role Your new role means that you will be responsible for premium processing as well as Bordereaux processing.

Other duties will include onboarding. You will be the first point of contact for urgent requests and escalations from the broking teams as well as following-up escalations from insurers.

Your role will also entail PPC/PPW oversight for the assigned division. Other responsibilities include assisting IBA with payment queries, matching of cash, IMR submissions and resolving any queries that come back, and assisting the team with any processing / general day-to-day questions. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you must have Premium Processing Experience plus experience of dealing with IMR.

You must also be able to commute to Rayleigh regularly. You must be an individual with good communication skills, both written and verbal, along with MS Office skills and strong organisational skills. It is preferable to have Binder experience PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE PREMIUM PROCESSING EXPERIENCE AND ARE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO ESSEX UP TO 2 DAYS A WEEK.
