Clarity Pharma Ltd, was founded in 1999 and are one of the leading Pharmaceutical & Health Distribution services. Providing bespoke end-to-end distribution services combined with the latest market insights and strategies. We work with a number of manufacturers providing storage and distribution, supplying to full & short line wholesalers, pharmacies, GP surgeries and hospitals.
We have an immediately available position open for an Experienced Management Accountant to support the Financial Controller and the wider business.

Role and Responsibilities:

* Assisting the Financial Controller with preparing the monthly management accounts report including preparing analysis for prepayments, accruals and FA depreciation
 
* Close working relationship / supervision of Accounts Payable function to ensure integrity of cut off for accruals / prepayments
 
* Nominal and Balance Sheet Reconciliations
 
* Departmental cost analysis & reporting
 
* Daily and Monthly sales analysis
 
* Daily Customer Invoicing
 
* Assisting with month end client reporting and invoicing
 
* Variance analysis to budget with detailed reporting
 
* Assisting the Finance team with Credit Control and customer account queries
 
* Working with the Finance team and documenting accounts processes and procedures
Management Accountant specification:
Essential (E) Desirable (D):
 
* Full or Part
- Qualified (CIMA or ACCA) (D)
 
* Previous ‘Management Accounting’ experience (E)
 
* Experience with Sage 50/200 and Order wise (D)
 
* Experience working with corporate reporting (D)
 
* Strong Excel user with the ability to manipulate data in spreadsheets and use standard functions (Vlookups/Pivots etc) (E)
 
* Excellent communication and analytical skills (E)
 
* Confident and innovative approach to work (E)
 
* Can work on your own initiative (E)
 
* Positive team player (E)
 
* Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in your work (E)
 
* Proactive and able to work under pressure (E)
