Relationship Manager- Invoice Finance

Our client, one of the UK’s leading independent providers of Financial Services to businesses, is seeking a Relationship Manager to join their expanding team in Essex.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of Invoice Finance facilities, delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining commercially sound and profitable relationships within set targets.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitoring clients' financial performance, identifying opportunities and risks, completing facility reviews, adhering to risk frameworks, and performing client visits.
• Collaborating with colleagues in Sales, Risk, and Operations to ensure effective client service throughout the client lifecycle.
• Developing and maintaining the company’s brand and reputation in the local area.

Operational experience in Factoring, Invoice Discounting, or related areas of commercial finance/lending is essential, along with a detailed understanding of Financial Accounting, Business Finance, and Risk Management.
