What You'll Be Doing:

• Tax structuring and planning for growing businesses
• R&D tax relief and capital allowances optimization
• Managing HMRC enquiries and tax risk assessments
• Corporate reorganisations and transaction tax advice
• Tax-efficient profit extraction strategies for business owners
• Work directly with senior tax specialists on high-quality projects
• Continue compliance responsibilities to build a well-rounded skillset
• Gain exposure to complex advisory work from day one

The Ideal Individual:

• (ACA or ATT) and CTA qualified (or nearing completion)
• Strong foundation in corporation tax, capital allowances, and tax reliefs
• Genuine enthusiasm for advisory work beyond traditional compliance
• Proactive mindset with strong commercial awareness
• Excellent communication skills - able to make complex tax matters accessible
• Collaborative team player who thrives on problem-solving
