Senior Electrical Estimator / Commercial Manager - Harlow, Essex

Salary: £85,000 + bonus + vehicle/allowance

ARM Ltd is partnering with a technology-led electrical engineering and compliance business to recruit a Senior Electrical Estimator / Commercial Manager.

This is a senior, high-impact role leading pricing, bids, and commercial governance across long-term, mission-critical contracts. You?ll be a strategic commercial partner, shaping how work is priced, bids are submitted, and risk is managed-far from the chaos of traditional contracting.

What you?ll do:

Lead end-to-end bid and estimation processes

Develop pricing strategy, commercial systems, and governance

Improve bid quality, consistency, and throughput

Manage scope, risk, and margin protection

Mentor and grow the commercial function

About you:

Experienced Electrical Estimator / Commercial Manager in complex environments

Strong commercial acumen, confident with data and structured pricing

Calm, professional, long-term thinking, with leadership capability
