• Lead end‑to‑end bid and estimation processes
• Develop pricing strategy, commercial systems, and governance
• Improve bid quality, consistency, and throughput
• Manage scope, risk, and margin protection
• Mentor and grow the commercial function

• Experienced Electrical Estimator / Commercial Manager in complex environments
• Strong commercial acumen, confident with data and structured pricing
• Calm, professional, long‑term thinking, with leadership capability
