A leading house builder is seeking a Planner to join the Essex Division's Land department. The successful candidate will advise on planning policy, manage strategic land, and work collaboratively to identify development sites. The role requires a degree in Planning or Surveying, RICS or RTPI accreditation is desirable. In return, competitive salary, car allowance, and various benefits are offered, including a contributory pension scheme and 25 days holiday.
