Wireless Communications Engineer  tojointhispioneeringteam.

Inthisrole,youllapplyyourdeepunderstandingof wirelesscommunicationtheory,signalprocessing,andmathematics todesignanddevelop next-generationalgorithms thatimproveperformanceacrosscomplex,high-speednetworks.

Youllworkcloselywithsoftwareengineers,system architects,andresearcherstotransformtheoryintoreal-worldtechnologysupportingeverythingfrom multi-antenna(MIMO) systemsto Non-Terrestrial Networks(NTN) thatconnectsatellitesandaircraft.

• Designinganddevelopingalgorithmsfor channelestimation,prediction,andradioresourcemanagement(RRM) .
• Applyingadvanced mathematicalandsignalprocessingtechniques (linearalgebra,probability,matrixtheory,etc.)tooptimizewirelessnetworks.
• Translatingcomplextheoryinto practical,implementableengineeringsolutions .
• Workingwithteamstointegrateyouralgorithmsintoreal-time softwareandsimulationframeworks (3
  
  GPP,O-RAN,SON,RIC,SMO,etc.).
• Creatingclear,detailedtechnicaldocumentationandsharingyourfindingsthroughreports,visualizations,orpresentations.
• Optionallycontributingto simulationframeworks ,standardswork(3
  
  GPP,IEEE,IETF),orresearchpublications.

• MScor Ph Din  Telecommunications,Electrical Engineering,Applied Mathematics ,orrelatedfield.
• Strongknowledgeof :
• Wirelesscommunicationstheory(MIMO,beamforming,channelestimation,RRM)
• Linearalgebraandmatrixtheory(SVD,eigenvalueproblems,etc.)
• Probabilitytheoryandsignalprocessing
• Experienceapplyingtheseprinciplestoreal-worldsystems(e.g.,RAN,silicon,oraerospacenetworks).
• Analyticalmindsetwithexcellentcommunicationandcollaborationskills.

• Experience with MATLAB,Python(Num Py / Sci Py),NVIDIASionna,Aerial
  
  SDK,orQuaDRiGa .
• Knowledge of 5
  
  GNR,LTE,WiFi,orDVB-S2X standards.
• Familiarity with optimizationmethods ,convexoptimization,orMLforwirelesscommunications.
• Programming in C++,Golang,Python,Java,orRust .
• Background in AI / MLsignalprocessing ,neural networks,orGPU-basedframeworks(Tensor Flow,PyTorch,CUDA).
• Researchpublicationsorpatentsinwirelesscommunications.
