• Full‑time, long‑term position – 5 days a week for consistency and experience
• Excellent pay rates – 88.95 to 105 per day

• Inclusive settings – work with pupils with a range of needs, including SEND
• Strong support – work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and leadership teams

• Supporting pupils in class to stay engaged and access learning
• Working one‑to‑one or in small groups to deliver targeted interventions
• Supporting children with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
• Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
• Helping to create a calm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
• Supporting pupils during lessons, transitions, and unstructured times

• Per day (depending on experience)
• Monday to Friday, term‑time only
• Typical hours: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm

• Graduates or aspiring educators passionate about working with children
• Calm, patient, and emotionally resilient individuals
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• An interest in behaviour support, inclusion, and SEND
• Experience working with children or young people (school, mentoring, tutoring, youth work, or similar) is highly desirable
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above
