• Lead the school to raise attainment in Science.
• Conduct gap analysis of pupils’ strengths and weaknesses to close attainment gaps.
• Monitor progress and improve teaching across the Science subject.
• Lead colleagues in formulation, review and evaluation in line with the Head Teacher and SLT.
• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons for all abilities in partnership with fellow teachers.
• Support and inspire staff, ensuring the Science curriculum is fun and creative.
