A well-established, RIBA-accredited architectural practice based in Essex is seeking a motivated and capable Architect to join its friendly and collaborative studio. Known for delivering thoughtful, design-led projects across the residential, retail, and commercial sectors, the practice offers the chance to work on architecture that is both meaningful and well crafted.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to design development across all RIBA stages
Produce, coordinate, and manage technical drawings and construction information
Support project delivery, including site visits and contract administration tasks
Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and contractors
Assist with planning applications, feasibility studies, and design presentations

About You

ARB-registered Architect
Experience working within a UK-based architectural practice
Sound knowledge of UK planning policy, building regulations, and construction methods
Strong design ability combined with a high level of technical accuracy
Confident communicator with clear written and verbal skills
Proactive and reliable team player, able to work independently when required
