A well-established, RIBA-accredited architectural studio in Essex is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and capable Architect to become part of its welcoming and collaborative team. The practice has a strong reputation for delivering considered, design-focused work across residential, retail, and commercial projects, offering the opportunity to contribute to architecture that is both purposeful and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and contribute to design work across all RIBA stages
Prepare, coordinate, and oversee technical drawings and construction packages
Support project delivery, including site visits and contract administration duties
Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors
Assist with planning submissions, feasibility assessments, and design presentations

About You

ARB-registered Architect
Background working in a UK-based architectural practice
Good knowledge of UK planning legislation, building regulations, and construction processes
Strong design skills with a high level of technical accuracy
Confident communicator with clear written and verbal skills
Self-motivated team member able to work independently when required
