About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Traffic Marshall (Banksman) to join an active construction site in High Ongar. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining site safety by managing vehicle movements and ensuring pedestrian safety at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Directing site traffic and delivery vehicles safely
- Guiding plant and machinery movements
- Ensuring safe access and egress to the site
- Monitoring and controlling pedestrian routes
- Maintaining clear communication with drivers and site management
- Enforcing health & safety regulations at all times
- Valid Traffic Marshall / Banksman ticket
- Previous experience on construction sites
