Site Manager - Water & Highways Temporary

Position: Site Manager - Water & Highways (Contract, Temporary)
Delta Personnel is recruiting a Civils Site Manager for a highways and water infrastructure scheme in Maldon, Essex.

Works include highways construction, civils, excavation, ground reprofiling, MEICA and river works. This is a single site role.

Programme

* Looking to start ASAP

* Phase 1 runs until the end of the year

* Phase 2 starting in January and running until the end of the year

* Phase 3 TBC

Duties

* Day to day management of site operations

* Supervising subcontractors and site labour

* Managing programme and daily coordination

* Ensuring works are delivered safely and to spec

* Implementing RAMS and site documentation

* Reporting progress to the Project Manager

Must-Have

* Proven background in civils site management

* Experience with in water and or highways environments

* Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple work fronts

* Strong health and safety awareness

* SMSTS
