Site Manager - Residential

I am currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a developer based in the Home Counties. The developer primarily builds within TRAD residential and commercial sectors within the Home Counties with developments ranging between 20 - 100 units are a mixture of new build Houses and Flats.

The project consists of 40 new build TRAD flats and houses based in Haverhill, Suffolk.

The Candidate - must be capable of delivering the project standalone reporting into a visiting contract manager and be able to do sequencing, short term programming, trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc. The candidate needs to be SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.

My client are looking to pay a competitive basic salary / day rate with the position starting ASAP.
