Our client, a regional contractor, is currently looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

You should have at least two years of experience working with a main contractor or PQS Consultancy and have already completed your studies.

The main duties will be:

  • Evaluating works done to process payments to subcontractors and negotiating with subcontractors regarding their payment applications.
  • Assisting in the procurement of subcontractors.
  • Assisting in preparing cashflow analysis reports on spreadsheets to correspond with the programme of works.
  • Assisting in preparing interim valuations for submission to clients.
  • Assisting in producing monthly CVRs.

    • Full development will be given to the candidate with the objective of running their own jobs.
