Sector: Residential Development – National House builder

We are working with a leading national house builder who is looking to appoint a Technical Coordinator to join their Essex-based team, specifically supporting the delivery of legacy and live residential schemes
.

This role sits at the heart of the technical function and is ideal for someone who has already gained experience within a national house builder environment and is comfortable dealing with the complexities that come with live sites, historical approvals and ongoing technical coordination.

The role will involve:

• Supporting the technical delivery of legacy and live residential projects
• Coordinating architects, engineers, statutory authorities and warranty providers
• Managing technical queries arising during construction
• Assisting with technical approvals, discharge of conditions and as-built information
• Working closely with site and commercial teams to keep schemes moving

About you:

• Proven experience working for a national house builder (essential) or an Architectural Practice working on behalf of a national house builder.
• Background in residential technical coordination or design management
• Strong understanding of building regulations, NHBC and residential standards
• Confident communicator, comfortable working across multiple stakeholders
• Organised, detail-focused and solutions driven
