A well-established commercial flooring contractor in the UK is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial delivery of flooring projects. This role involves full commercial management from tender to accounts and contributes to strengthening the Quantity Surveying department. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience and possess excellent negotiation skills. The salary ranges from £50,000 to £65,000, with bonuses available based on secured work and cost savings.
