Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Permanent Role

This is a permanent, full-time position working 5 days per week. While it is a 5-day role, the hours can be flexible, making this an ideal opportunity for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner seeking a role that offers both stability and work-life balance.

The Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:

Deliver high-quality care and engaging learning experiences for children
Support children’s development in line with the EYFS framework
Work collaboratively as part of a friendly, supportive, and experienced team
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment

Requirements

This role is strictly for Level 3 Nursery Practitioners. You must hold one of the following (or equivalent):

NVQ Level 3 in Childcare / Early Years
CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce
Level 3 Early Years Educator (EYE) qualification
