Associate Account Manager

My client has over 40 years of experience within the Electronics manufacturing sector and provides its customers with on-time delivery of printed circuit boards, PCBAs, box builds, and final assemblies.

As the Associate Account Manager, you will be required to grow revenues and margins for each of your accounts, ensuring the business exceeds customer expectations and responds to all client requests. Additionally, develop and maintain working relationships with key customer contacts, co-ordinate the order planning with each customer, co-ordinate the Requests for Quotation process, work cohesively with buyers, production team and quality to ensure timely ordering of parts and components, identify issues and problems, request and collate data for customer forecasts, interpret and report on customer feedback, and gain a good understanding of each customers products and industry sector.

What we would like from the Associate Account Manager:

Experience in managing customer accounts within a manufacturing environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills:
Professional and helpful to all customers and stakeholders, with the ability to develop strong working relationships
Experience in coordinating customer accounts within a commercial or manufacturing environment
Able to handle multiple tasks and remain calm and composed under pressure
Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work
Strong organisational skills:
Able to plan, prioritise tasks and work at a pace to deliver to tight deadlines
Good computer literacy:
Proficiency in MS Office. Previous experience of using an MRP or stock management system would be beneficial
Willingness to learn and grow within a commercial environment
What we offer the Associate Account Manager:

Working hours are 08.00 to 16.00 Monday to Thursday and 08.00 to 13.00 on Friday
25 days annual leave  bank holidays (Plus, up to 5 additional days for long service milestones)
