As a PMO Analyst
, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of large-scale business change projects. Acting as the engine room of project delivery, you’ll help set and maintain project standards, track progress, manage budgets, and provide strategic reporting to senior stakeholders.
This role offers hands‑on experience in governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement while you work towards industry-recognised qualifications as part of your Grayce pathway.
What You’ll Do as a PMO AnalystYou’ll support the successful delivery of business change projects through tasks such as:
- Governance & Process: Maintaining frameworks and standards for project delivery
- Planning & Control: Updating project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Budgeting & Business Cases: Tracking budgets and supporting business case development
- Risk Management: Managing RAID logs and mitigating delivery risks
- Reporting & Quality Assurance: Producing performance reports and ensuring high standards
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinating meetings and building strong relationships
