Managing Consultant - London Market Insurance at NEXT EMPLOYMENT LIMITED
Hybrid role where you will only need to go into the office once or twice a month.

You will be
- The main point of contact for the given Lines Of Business (LOB) and should refer to the Pillar Lead should assistance be required.
- The first point of contact for Urgent requests and escalations from the broking teams to which you are aligned – should see each case through to completion.
- Premium processing control oversight for the assigned division.
- Monitor workloads using the workflow tool (Power Bi) to ensure that all work is completed within the SLA (Service Level Agreement).
- Responsible for the contingency mailboxes in the event of a workflow tool failure – must ensure that all work is allocated and monitored to completion.
- Will liaise with counterparts within IBA and attend Credit Control Meetings for given LOB.
- Will review ledgers regularly to ensure that premiums are signed in real time and legacy issues are resolved.
- Regular review of any missed/missing PI’s in Edge
- Joins weekly/monthly call with the Middle Office/Broking Teams.
- Will monitor income and ensure all items in Forecast are processed to meet forecast/budget in a given month – keep Pillar Lead appraised to report back to Finance.
- Liaise daily/regularly with the Processing Team aligned to your LOB.
- Escalate any Training and Development needs within the Processing Team.
- Review stats for their LOB and liaise with broking team to drive improvement in slip production and reduce queries/rejections.
- LOR’s as required.
- Will follow up escalations from Insurers.
- Is the first point of contact for the Annual Audit sample requests.
- Ensure that complex processing and/or high value clients receive an excellent service.
You will need
- Previous Premium Processing experience is essential
- Able to influence various stakeholders both internally and externally.
- MS Office skills and power BI
- Good communication skills – written and verbal.
