PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. This role involves providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of various projects.

The successful candidate will utilise their office experience, strong computer skills, and excellent organisational abilities to manage documentation, coordinate schedules, and facilitate communication across teams. Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility

 * Coordinate schedules and organise meetings, preparing agendas and minutes as required

 * Handle correspondence via email, phone, and other communication channels with professionalism and courtesy

 * Perform data entry tasks accurately

 * Assist with invoicing, record keeping, and financial tracking related to projects

 * Support team members with administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and organising supplies

 * Monitor project deadlines and follow up on outstanding actions to ensure timely completion

 * Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes to enhance efficiency

 * Assisting with O&M Manuals and handover documentation

 * Managing Subcontractor paperwork (RAMS, insurance, certifications)

Qualifications

 * Proven office experience with strong organisational skills

 * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications

* Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy

* Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills

* Previous clerical or administrative experience is preferred but not essential a proactive attitude is key

 * Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

 * Demonstrated ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team
