A reputable Facilities Management provider in Essex is seeking a Helpdesk Administrator to manage client communications and job scheduling. The ideal candidate will have a background in Helpdesk or property maintenance, along with strong organisational skills and experience using CAFM systems. You will be responsible for logging maintenance jobs, scheduling engineers, managing purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.

This is a full-time office-based role offering £12.71 per hour.
