Salary: up to £33,000 + Great benefits package
About the RoleOur client, a well-established financial services organisation, is seeking an Administrator to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable financial services organisation where you can develop your career in financial services administration within a supportive and professional environment.
This role provides centralised administrative support across all Business Divisions, covering London and the regional branch network. As a team member, you will work closely with Wealth and Portfolio Managers, IMAs, and other Assistants to ensure efficient, compliant, and accurate administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities Core Administrative Functions- Process, print, and archive client correspondence efficiently
- Update databases and manage callback systems
- Support client onboarding and new account application processes
- Complete probate-related administrative tasks
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding corporate actions
- Mail merge and information distribution
- Arranging and scheduling of Suitability Meeting Packs
- Identify and report potential risks
- Collaborate with relevant departments and middle office teams
- Completing deceased work (probate valuation and sending of relevant pack)
- Maintain and continuously improve desk procedures to support best practice
- Identify potential risks and escalate appropriately
- Keep accurate records to meet regulatory standards
- Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Experience in financial services
- Financial services qualifications an advantage (not essential)
- CISI IOC unit 1 (Introduction to Securities & Investment) - preferred
- Holiday 27 days per holiday year (1 April to 31 March)
