Junior Management Accountant

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Finance team in a Junior Management Accountant role, focussed on our parent Group (Flying Trade Group) finances.

• Raising Invoices for Residential and Commercial tenants
• Allocating rental payments
• Recharging and accounting for split property charges
• Preparing Property accounts
• Reconciliation of Debtors
• Preparing Rental schedules
• Preparing Cash Flow forecasts
• Intercompany Reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations

To be successful Junior Management Accountant applicants should have:

• AAT at Level 3 minimum, or equivalent experience - Level 4 advantageous
• Detailed accounting experience in finance team of a commercial organisation
• Calm, methodical working manner
• Numerical Dexterity, with ability to interpret and communicate this with stakeholders of all levels
• Enthusiasm to continue learning
• Experience with multi site, multi properties or charity is advantageous
