Are you energetic, action‑oriented, and motivated by creating opportunities? Our client is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to help drive growth across a large portfolio of direct corporate clients.

This is a part‑time position 20‑25 hours a week, ideal for someone who thrives in outbound business development, enjoys speaking with decision‑makers, and is confident working autonomously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and engage decision‑makers within large corporate organisations
  • Partner closely with the Sales Team to support growth within direct accounts
  • Conduct outbound calls and targeted email campaigns to open conversations
  • Book high‑quality, qualified appointments for the Sales team
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients and understand their business needs
  • Spot opportunities such as relocations, renewals, or organisational change
  • Grow opportunities inside existing accounts while opening new ones
  • Attend customer events where relevant to build pipeline and deepen relationships
Requirements
  • High‑energy, personable, and confident in engaging conversations
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Able to operate autonomously and manage your workload effectively
  • Commercially aware with the confidence to speak to senior stakeholders
  • Strong in both written and verbal communication
  • Positive, resilient, and bring a sense of humour to your work
  • Desirable:
    Experience in corporate environments, B2B sales, business development, recruitment, or other high‑performance commercial roles
