Position Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Per-Diem Registered Nurses to fill available shifts at a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Essex, MD. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, compassionate care, managing a diverse patient population and collaborating with a skilled healthcare team.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Active, unencumbered RN license from the state of MD and current BLS Certification.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of RN work experience.
- Soft Skills: Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, effective communication, cultural competency, collaboration, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and implement triage protocols
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions
- Monitor and document patient conditions
- Assist physicians with medical procedures
- Maintain infection control standards
- Provide patient and family education
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary emergency response teams
