An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead a well-established team at Neve Fleetwood. The successful candidate will be an inspiring sales leader with a proven track record in managing high-performing teams. They will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving margin performance, and working collaboratively across departments to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the internal and external sales team to meet and exceed budgeted sales and margin targets
  • Take ownership of KPIs and year-on-year performance
  • Contribute to commercial decisions, including buying and forecasting
  • Monitor and improve customer experience through service excellence
  • Collaborate closely with operations and transport to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Oversee people matters within the sales team, including development and succession planning
