Project Manager​/Estimator

Considered candidates must have the ability to prepare estimates and work closely with our team to direct and ensure proper delivery of multiple commercial projects.

Education / Preferred Skills / Charter Traits:

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering with at least four years as a Drywall Project Manager or at least eight years of applicable work experience

* Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Publisher, Word, and Outlook

* Proficient with reading blueprints and project specifications.

* Working knowledge of the following trade softwares:
Bluebeam, On-Screen-takeoff, Planswift.

* At least three years of experience as a Drywall Project Manager.

* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (Verbal & Written)

* Ability to prioritize work, maintain a positive attitude, and maintain composure in stressful situations.

* High Level of Organization.

* Self-Starter w/ High Level of Motivation

* Multi-Tasker

Job Duties:

* Develop and Maintain Client Relationships (Possible off-hour networking)

* Attend Pre-bid Meetings

* Prepare Submittals & other Pre-con documentations

* Prepare Quantity Take-Offs

* Assemble Comprehensive Estimates

* Oversee and manage multiple construction projects

* Oversee Foreman Duties

* High Level of Organization

* Provide accurate PM reporting:

Budget & Scheduling Status

Change Order, Quality Control and Safety Reports

* Handle Change Order Processing

* Expedite all close-out documents

Other Requirements / Licenses:

* Current State-Issued Driver's License

* Reliable/Clean Transportation

* Must pass background and pre-employment Drug test.
