Maryland and Virginia Areas Job Type: Full-Time RSSI Roofing Company is a commercial roofing contractor, specializing in federal contracts, located out of Essex, Maryland. We are seeking a full time Supervisor to manage various projects throughout the Maryland and Virginia region. The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate and oversee multiple federal/commercial roofing projects with both administrative and field tasks.

Job Description:

Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a roofing construction supervisor. Must have a fluent knowledge of materials, tools and machines used in the trade. Display strong leadership and supervisory abilities. Above average ability to read specifications and contracts/work order for specific projects and materials. Must be able to demonstrate to customers, employees and management at a professional level both oral and written communication skills.

Must be fluent in the English language. All Applicants: 5 years as a roofing construction supervisor Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Must be willing to travel and work out of town on large Government projects (lodging provided by the company) Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and comprehend drawings and specifications (documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals) Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Must be able to obtain base access for certain government institutions Spanish language is a plus Pay based on applicable wage scale RSSI is a proud EOE/M/W/D/V employer.
