Class Description
The purpose of this class is to perform standard administrative work supporting a functional area within assigned College department or function.
Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma/GED and three years of full time high level clerical experience to include data entry, knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Office applications, and creating reports/spreadsheets in Excel or an Associate's degree and one year of full time identical experience.
Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field. Generally, employees are hired in the lower third of the scale

Position Specific Essential DutiesResponsible for the documentation, testing, implementation and management of data collection, review, clarification and reporting systems (WORKS and One Drive). Ensure accurate input of data into management systems while meeting established deadlines. Ability to work with and through multiple parties and systems to gather a diversity of data and information and integrate into one system. Perform data mining and aggregating; ability to deal with commingling of multiple datasets.
Convert and cleanse data; conduct data audits using auditing tools. Validate and massage data to ensure accuracy, quality and integrity. Generate reports based on a variety of stakeholder needs. Analyze, deliver, and present data in useable / comprehensive forms for a variety of purposes. Assure all files are secured and provide assistance to Case Managers regarding state and federal coding, policies and procedures.
