Senior Client Accountant

Location - Essex | £50-£60K + bonus

To successfully manage the client reporting and full year end service charge accounting for a portfolio of commercial assets. The role would suit someone with at least 5 years + experience in managing a commercial portfolio.

• Input of new leases, lease assignments and rent reviews
• Monthly and quarterly rent raising
• Preparing lease completion statements
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly client reporting, some to include VAT return submissions to HMRC.
• Input of service charge budgets
• Client liaison
• Liaising with tenants on queries, as required
• Preparation of service charge year end reconciliations.

• At least 5 year experience using a recognised property management accounts package.
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Excellent organisation and communication skills, both oral and written
• A professional and organised approach to work
• A positive and helpful attitude within a team environment

• Flexible working 3:2 available after probation

• Two stage process
• 1st stage on Teams/Zoom
• 2nd stage held face to face in the office
