Required Skills:

• Valid and current Nurse Practitioner license and certification
• Proven experience in family or primary care settings
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Proficient in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and documentation

• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse populations
• Experience with telehealth platforms
• Additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS
• Familiarity with community health initiatives

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP)
• Minimum of 2 years of primary care experience preferred
• Prior experience working in diverse or underserved communities is advantageous

• Must possess or obtain applicable state licensure and national certification
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional travel if needed
• Willingness to stay updated on current clinical guidelines and best practices
