Required Skills:

Valid and current Nurse Practitioner license and certification

Proven experience in family or primary care settings

Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Proficient in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and documentation

Nice to Have

Skills:

Bilingual abilities to serve diverse populations

Experience with telehealth platforms

Additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS

Familiarity with community health initiatives

Preferred

Education and Experience:

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP)

Minimum of 2 years of primary care experience preferred

Prior experience working in diverse or underserved communities is advantageous

Other Requirements:

Must possess or obtain applicable state licensure and national certification

Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional travel if needed

Willingness to stay updated on current clinical guidelines and best practices
