Required Skills:

  • Valid and current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and family practice certification
  • Proven clinical experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner
  • Strong knowledge of primary care protocols, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Compassionate, detail-oriented, and capable of making sound clinical judgments
Nice to Have

Skills:
  • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
  • Experience in rural or underserved healthcare settings
  • Knowledge of telehealth technology and remote patient monitoring
  • Additional certifications such as ACLS or BLS
Preferred

Education and Experience:
  • Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience as an NP in a family practice setting
  • Prior experience working in fast-paced or community clinics
Other Requirements:
  • Must obtain/maintain valid state licensure and certification
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends if required
  • Willingness to travel for site coverage or community outreach as needed
  • Maintain current CPR/BLS certifications
  • Background check and health screening required
