About the Position
Since 2012, Giving Home Health Care has supported individuals impacted by health conditions related to their work in nuclear facilities for the Department of Energy. With a focus on personalized, in‑home care, we serve patients across Arizona, Colorado, Kentucky, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah.
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled HHA, CNA or MA in Alcalde, NM to administer patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan.
PayBase pay range: $15.00/hr – $20.00/hr your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience; talk with your recruiter to learn more.
LocationAlcalde, NM
Shift AvailabilitySaturday, Sunday & Thursday, 0800 – 2000.
Additional shifts:
Monday–Wednesday, Friday & Saturday 2000 – 0800 (effective Feb.);
Sunday, Friday & Saturday 2000 – 0800 (effective Feb.); day shifts in February 0800 – 2000, Sunday – Friday.

Job FunctionHealth Care Provider
Responsibilities- Work with the patient in their home to provide one‑on‑one service in a comfortable and familiar setting.
- Assist with the patients’ activities of daily living.
- Perform light housekeeping.
- Prepare meals.
- Monitor vitals according to the plan of care.
- Remind the patient to take medication as prescribed.
- Maintain records and documentation of services.
- Communicate with the patients’ family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient.
- Current CPR certification.
- TB testing.
- Ability to monitor vital signs.
- Dependable transportation.
Once our patients are accepted into the program, there is no expiration for this benefit, allowing our team of caregivers to build lasting relationships with their patients for years to come. You’ll advocate for the patients and work one‑on‑one to provide them with the care that they need. The role will collaborate with Case Managers and the patient’s physicians. Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.
