This role involves working closely with children to assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders that impact their academic success and overall development.

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, fluency, and voice disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Monitor and document student growth, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Provide education and guidance to families regarding communication strategies.
• Travel required to serve multiple schools within the area.

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with school-aged children in educational environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff.
• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently across multiple sites.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel between schools as needed.
